Bolt is ******** us

Yesterday around 17h20 I requested a ride from diepkloof to my place. The ride cost R22, I paid using my card. After dropping me off the driver never ended the trip, I realized after 2 minutes that he was still outside and the price had gone up from R22 to R32. This is unacceptable, had I not realized he was still outside the bill would've been more. Is this how Bolt conducts business??
