Bolt is reliable

I have had 3 Bolt rides so far and can recommend them 100% against the competition. The drivers are respectful and they payment options are good as well. There are also regular sales on rides and there is also multiple ride choices like economy, van and go they each offer different types of rides. For example van offers an suv for multiple people. Bolt’s refund system is also quick and reliable. Only problem I had was when you load a card they take extra money to confirm that you are using an actual add but they refund the money with 24 hours.
