Bolt is pathetic

Every morning my husband uses bolt to get to work and back home everyday....in the morning the drivers are online but wait until the fees increase before accepting a ride...and sometimes they accept the ride and then cancel and wait for the fee to increase then they accept the ride again it's a major struggle in the morning with the pathetic service u get from bolts drivers... .
