Bolt is overpricing

Bolt has become a ********** company as they now overcharge rides. It's been 4 occasions, 2 of which occurred after I attempted to address the issue via email, where they have given one price when requesting and charged an exuberant amount at the end of the trip.i am very disappointed as I was starting to consider using them more often. A trip that was supposed to cost R26, was charged R44. R23 was charged R33 etc etc.. my advise, use cash when requesting and take a screenshot of the initial price. It's disgusting what this company has resorted to doing... I always arrive earlier than the driver, they don't take longer routes or whatever excuses they make, it's just cheating people out of their money.
