Bolt is not there for their passengers but for drivers that don't return your things

I took a bolt yesterday and left my purse with ID, bank card and money. I have contacted bolt asking for registration no, where they said they can't give it to me without his consent. I have tried phoning him, puts phone down. How do I open a case without a registration no. Beware of bolt as they are not very helpful at all
