BOLT IS NOT SAFE AND THEIR SUPPORT TEAM GOT NO HELP FOR THEY COSTOMERS

Hy on the 23rd of December I have lost my suitcase full of clothes and my personal belongings which is my ID book and 3 of my payslips and a suitcase full of clothes I have been writting to bolt but there support group is not doing anything they keep on telling me I should open a case whereby they are suppose to be helping me track the driver...this transport system is not safe where by you can see how they easily change the drivers ....I still have the registration of the car which is KJ98MM GP FORD FIGO....MARUNE IN COULOR.... my number is ***
