Bolt is not safe and it must be closed down. I had multiple occasions where my life has been in danger, i was charged unfairly, literately yesterday was the last draw and i deleted the app where a driver told me that he is at a pick n pay till and i need to wait for him. I asked him to cancel the trip cause i have already waited for over 10 minutes and he told me that he wont do it, we even exchanged words. BOLT HAS NEVER ATTENDED TO ANY OF MY REPORTS, I DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIME I HAD REPORTED. Its almost as if they're customer service is no existing. Worst thing ever, its so pathetic and unsafe and useless. I was going to the airport the other day LATE FOR MY FLIGHT, the driver had to start home cause he forgot his charger and the battery was flat, from home we drove about 3 km after that he asked if i requested with cash or card, i said card, he asked me to withdraw the money, i said im not going to make withdrawals with my credit card, he said i must get out of the car as he does not have enough petrol to OR Tambo. My flight left me and Bolt never attended to the matter, Bolt does not attend to anything.
