Bolt is ****ming

On the 29/08/2023 I booked a ride that was approximately 2.1km but was charged R336 even though the original price was R45. I believe the driver did not end the trip when it actually ended. Now, Bolt is only offering to send the money into my Bolt Balance and not a refund. I want a refund, not Bolt Balance.
