Bolt is ***

I forgot my house keys in a very dodgey driver's car on my way to the dentist yesterday. He never informed me but did confirm he has it when I phoned him that afternoon when I got home. I sat outside my house for hours waiting for this character and he blocks me on whatsapp. Bolt reckons he should drop it off at the nearest police station and he does not. Are they going to be responsible of this person breaks into my house and hurts my family??? I am disgusted. I spend thousands of Rands on bolt monthly.
