Bolt is horrible!

I think Bolt is the worst service of it's kind. I use this transport service every week and I am offered no promotion. I am told they use a system that randomly chooses who gets a promotion. The way I see it, they have no regard for customers that use the service often. They created a system that gives promotions to new users and customers that do not use the app often. It's bad business. Very disappointing.
