BOLT IS EXPOSING YOU TO ******ERS, ******S, ******* AND KIDNAPPERS!!!

Bolt is the most *********, ******** and unprofessional cab service. I requested my driver to charge my phone and I forgot it whist charging (human), called it after2 min and it off and sim broken. Long story short, the driver stole it and refuses to give it back. I soon found out that the driver on the profile did not match my actual driver hence exposing vulnerable clients like me to THEFT, ******, ****, AND KIDNAPPING. Which is not far fetched given The South African GBV client. In addition, BOLT is refusing to take accountability as their policies state that they are not responsible for lost items. Which is the mistake as I am not holding them liable based of an lost item rather the discrepancy that occurred (The driver on the profile was not my driver, instead I was presented with an unaccredited driver, hence exposing one ********* acts under Bolt's account)Based on the Bolt,s discrepancy I am holding them accountable.In addition it is the second phone ****** by drivers. HELP PUT BOLT ON BLAST!!!
