Bolt is exploiting it's drivers

I use bolt driver part time and the abuse the company gives us as I have joined a Facebook group of drivers where they share their pain and conduct this company does to them.My account was blocked because I complained regarding a trip that they had discounted with my knowledge.I have raised many issues regarding their systems because as I speak my ratings are 89 on driver and acceptance rate but once you complain they will drop your customer ratings and give you reviews that they never brought up before out of 100 reviews I was block3d because of 3 bad reviews where there's no evidence of wrong doing.We pay l installments for our cars and all the renewal process to get a rides as low as R15 and sometimes even R0 will be charged and you told it's a discount when you accepted the ride there was a fare charged but when you complete it you get less or nothing on your own expenses.Please can regulatory helps this is exploition at its highest level.
