Bolt is exploiting drivers

Bolt claims to compensate drivers after giving clients discounts on cash trips but they never compensate instead they take commission from that discounted prices, they also give a 2 minutes trip 5 minutes waiting time where is the sense in that? They have reduced their prices drastically but didn't reduce their commission e.g from cresta to O.R Tambo International Airport was R420-R450 but now it's R224 and they take 27% commission without thinking of the driver and petrol is going up almost every month, the exploitation in Bolt is unspeakable I must say, I've been driving with bolt for 3 years but I'm still working from hand to mouth.
