Bolt is always ****ing drivers

Hi I have a complaint about bolt south africa one of their customers split alcohol on my car seats when asked bolt to compensate me for the money that spent for car wash they said the will never compensate me,I have sent them proof of where the alcohol was split and also sent them proof of payment for the car wash but still I didn't get help, I had to go spend R300 for the car wash to clean my seat over a R30 trip from now on my customer service to wards bolt customer's will be horrible.
