Bolt is a useless service

I have never in my life had such bad service with bolt. Reqeusted a drive for my dad, just to let the sriver took money frim my dad knowing its a bank payment. I have been asking for my refund since the 28th September, its the 18th October now. Still nothing..... i will never use Bolt again as they are allowing their drivers to ***** money from their clients. No respond as well from them. Its pathetic!!!!!
