Bolt is a scm

It's the second time now bolt is double charging me and failing to refund my money. requested a ride on the 28th of May and the payment did not go through due to the system glitch, when I had to requested another ride I had to pay for this one and I gladly repaid the money. Did they not debit money from my account this morning and tell me why they don't have direct email where you can log your complain and get assisted because this support thing is not working
