Bolt drivers only accept cash pickups, period. If you try to get a Bolt driver from the Airport at King Shaka goodluck, they actually block the Apps at pick up so you cant get an estimate and then they charge double for the fair, and once again only cash. Bolt drivers don't work for Bolt but rather themselves.
