Bolt is a ******** Organization!

Bolt drivers are ********s. They change the destination to increase milage to over charge you. When you report it the service you get from Bolt support is even worst. I got told I was not over charged, no apology nothing. When I checked my invoice and bank statement, the 100% did overcharge me.

After I showed them the actual invoice and amount on my bank statement, they suddenly agreed they overcharged. They hope you simply take your word for it so they can ***** your money.

Like their driver, Bolt is a bunch of ******. Rather pay a slight bit extra and use Uber. At least you will not get ***** drivers sent by a ***** company.
