BOLT IS A MESS IN VANDERBIJLPARK

I have complained so many times about Bolt drivers in Vanderbijlpark. No matter how low the trip fare is, they charge a minimum of R40. Today I requested a ride, the driver asked for the amount of R50 on a trip of R31. When the driver arrived and I told him that I do not have such, but R40 he refused. When I opted not to go, he then forced me to pay R20 cancellation fee. I have made many calls to bolt including on Twitter regarding their drivers in Vanderbijlpark, but they don't to take it so serious. Now if one does not play according to the druvers' tune, they have to risk not having bolt or serious threats from the drivers.
