Bolt is a fruad

Bolt took out money from my account for a trip I did not take, the drivers have behaviour issues, they accept rides and start the trips without you being in the vehicle, and then money is taken out from my bank account, I have been speaking to agents on bolt from Sunday when this happened and I still did not get my money back, the drivers did that 3 times when I requested, don't not recommend that app, I was not aware that amount of money will be taken from my account as the trip only costed R33
