BOLT is a dishonest company with thieving drivers

Good Day, I recently requested a ride with Mandela Gladstone in a Ford ikon CX81LJGP on date 03.08.2020 from 18 Crownwood Road to 7 Kiaat Place for the cost of R43, however the address changed once the trip started. The driver told me he would cancel the ride and I could pay him cash for the trip and nothing would go off my account. I paid him R45 and he said they would charge me R3 cancelation fee. Shortly after I exited the vehicle the amount of R189 was taken off my account for that trip to an unknown address of 3159 Kuiseb Turn. The trip lasted for 1 minute between 11:33-11:34. I complained multiple times on the bolt website and have received no response other than the fact that they would be contacting the driver to hear side of the issue. The drivers are absolutely dishonest and deceiving. I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received from bolt. They have completely ignored my request for a refund of my cash. I will NOT tolerate this theft and incompetence from this company. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic customer experience!!!!
