BOLT is a dangerous and ******* company.

Last week, I booked a taxi with bolt. Thandayo arrived. I thought the car was ***** because he had a cracked window and a bullet hole in the dashboard.

He Drives a grey Toyota, Car Reg is HN 28 FW GP.

He then started to drive like a maniac, I asked him to slow down because he was driving like a typical south African taxi, risking lives.

He almost had an accident. He said that he give me a discount if I turn my phone off.

When I agreed to it, we drive up to Malibonge. While he was driving he had a phone call from another passenger. He stopped at the petrol station and demanded payment, I told him he has to take to my destination before I paid him to which he told me to get out and I don't have to pay because he had another passenger for a long distance job.

On the back seat I had my bag and goods. When I went to open the back door, he drove away and dropped me down, the result from this is my hands and knees were badly damaged and i have a broken rib.

I urge the south African public to he careful of this company, because you cannot call them, we reported this issue, but no one has come back to me yet. And there is no way to get hold of them. They are *******, I believe they operate *******ly.

This company is supposed to interview the record of these drivers before you employ them.
