Bolt incredibly unsafe

Was in a ride today, where our driver deliberately went over a solid red robot, then got into a road rage with the other car, and all the while, ignoring our repeated pleas to pull over and let us out. Ended up with the police on the line, and he still refused. Ignored us completely. Had to jump into oncoming traffic at a robot, good 2km away from the scene. Both my wife and i were shaken. Going to load charges against the driver and sue Bolt for this
