Bolt hires kidnappers as drivers

Drivers have no accountability they literally kidnapping people out here. Granted I got to my destination but this driver THENSON with number plate CT80GXGP, takes me on his own route and then proceeded to attack me and break my phone that I was recording the incident with. And then I get blocked from the app and all I keep getting are useless support messages from them for the past month.
