Bolt your driver insulted me for canceling the ride.

He said he arrived at the location on the app but he was nowhere near me and after 5 minutes he arrives and starts insulting me for canceling the ride.

You need to create a pin like Uber that allows the driver to confirm that he has arrived by entering the pin from the person that requested otherwise youre allowing abusers on Bolt.
