Bolt has the worst customer service and worst drivers

I really dont understand your customer service, it's the lowest type of service ever. A friend of mine that I ordered a Bolt for was in an accident with one of your drivers because he drove recklessly and what makes it even worse he fled the scene. I reported this and still now, no one has done anything about it😡😠😤😡😠😤
