Bolt has ****med me .

I have requested a drive on bolt with my bank card for a minimum price of 54 if I can recall , the location I was heading to was a close store which was located in the exact area where I reside. The bolt driver then dropped me off at my destination and never canceled the drive which then accumulated to 400 rand . I have reported this issue and I have received a response stating that the issue would be resolved with in 10 days and 100% of my funds would be returned, it's been 10 days and my funds are still not reversed back into my account . This is really disappointing .
