Bolt has become too comfortable

This company is the worst in looking out for their clients. When you have a problem they always refer you to the driver. I mean "hello" I booked a trip with you not the driver. In business you can shift responsibility but not accountability. I have asked my staff to delete the app and download Uber once and for all
