Bolt (go) driver

Bad experience I have received today. I requested for a trip from OR international airport to Mamelodi today. I rode in a silver grey Toyota Corolla and Jack was the driver. He didn't give us a receipt for this trip claiming that I did not pay him. My trip was R393 because of the 20% discount. Now when I ask for my receipt on the app that's when I'm told that I did not pay. He didn't even give me my R7 change. This was a work trip which need to account for, hence I need that receipt. If a driver can simply lie about a receipt, what more can he do. How are we to use this services for work especially if we encounter dishonesty in your drivers
