BOLT ********** CARD PAYMENTS

I urge everyone who uses this app to be careful of the card payment option. I used my payment card on this app a few times as I did not have cash on hand. More often than not, something always ends up going wrong.

I took a ride with a driver called Sipho on Monday the 30/08/2021 at 7:45AM. The driver seemed like a chilled guy, no issues at all. However long story short, he did not end the trip and reversed the intial card payment that was taken out of my account and ended the trip 15 minutes later after the trip had actually finished.

This resulted in me being R212.00 instead of R168. 00. This is disappointing because Bolt has done nothing to correct or ammend this issue. The worst part is this is not even the first time this has occured. This is absolutely pathetic and I will make sure everyone hears about this. Please use the email *** to complain as this is the transportation regulations body in south africa.
