Bolt food ********

Bolt food delivery is ******** people. Ordered food from Greenstone spur and was informed order delivered. 30min later still no order.I called spur about my order i was told that my order was just collected 5 min ago by the driver. I received message that my order was delivered 30.minutes ago which does not add up.i send message of complaint to Bolt and responded after many hours that i will be refunded which will never happen. My question is does Bolt knows what is happening ?Their response is refund without investigating. The driver closed the phone for 3 hrs then i called him again and there was a woman who answered the phone after eating free food of clients and asked me who i am and switched of the phone.Beware of ordering food with Bolt. You will never receive your order. Restaurants are not responsible for your delivery but only on taking your money. Very bad experience i have encountered. Our beautiful country has been invaded.
