BOLT FOOD IS A ****

I order food at around 20:30, I tried to contact the driver to give him the code to access my complex but his phone was off. At 21:06 my food was ready for pick up at 21:42 reported that my food has not been picked up, the bolt assistant received my message and just ignored it. At 22:00 they inform me that my food has been delivered and deducted from my account. My food was never delivered.
