Bolt Food- Cold Food, Late Food and sometimes no food- Poor Service

I have order from Bolt Food many times, the service has just gotten worse every time. The food is always late, always cold and this time they didn’t even bother to tell me the driver had a flat until I asked what was going on. With their level of service I certainly don’t advocate using them nor will I support them any further. They had a good service but that has sadly slipped away.
