Bolt food

Yesterday I ordered good online form Ha Java Elgin using Bolt food, my order was from 10:00am and it was already deducted from my card and the order updated as if it is filed but I haven't received my food and my money is not reversed yet, today again I used the Bolt food and ordered at Barcelos Birchleigh my order cost R150.88, still now I haven't received my order I have sent so many massage on the Bolt platform and my queries are not answered,no one is bothering to call or find out what happened because on the app the update stated that I received the order, which I haven't received And I called the restaurant and they told me that Bolt has my order and they gave me the number of the driver who claimed to have given my food to some strange kids where I don't know? Please assist me as I have been using the bolt food without any issues but these two days I have said R222.19 for yesterday and today R150.88 without my orders and any help from the bolt platform
