Bolt Female Driver? Yeah right

A great initiative from Bolt to get Female drivers but the process of actually applying has been a nightmare. They advertise it as if it would be a simple application process. I have submitted my application and got an email from their team saying I will need a permit as I will be driving in Rustenburg. I am based in Pretoria and want to drive around the Centurion and Midrand area as well. When I ask their team via e-mail I dont get a response from a different person each time an email is sent. I never submitted my application to service Rusterburg. Its annoying to be emailing the whole time and getting responses from different people who do not read the email thread. Right now I still do not have feedback on how to resolve the issue of their system showing my application as servicing Rustenburg
