Bolt Far Far Away

My car was written off on 24th December by a Bolt driver on duty jumping a red traffic light (does not even have a SA license only Zimbabwean license) . He had passengers in the car and I have screenshots of the trip they were on. Only to discover from Outsurance that this driver had no insurance and Bolt takes no responsibility for the accident. So it means that if you were to be in an accident with one of there drivers, you are not covered by Bolt and if the drivers has no insurance (which apparently they do not require or check!!) you are in big trouble. Would be great if someone from Bolt could actually contact me.
