Bolt **** ride ****

Ordered a bolt today with card as my payment cause i had no cash. The driver accepts the ride, and next thing i know the trip is happeneing but there was no driver in front of me. He gets tothe destination and ****, my money is gone without ever meeting a driver? ***! Beware of this **** please. I contacted them in the in-app support and they were quick to offer me a promo code, no accountability or issue resolved, to top it off, they ignored me.
