Bolt exploits the drivers & neglect driver safety

That is a horrible company with very bad reputation. I worked there as a driver with very bad conditions and poor security. Driver safety and we'll being is highly neglected, all conditions favour the rider. It took many highjakings and driver deaths before they could make rider profile picture mandatory. I got highjacked twice yet they did nothing and don't care. Their pricing doesn't benefit the driver whereby a 8km trip can be anything worth R25 to R30. I have proof to attach my claims, firstly drivers rent cars between R2300 to R2500. Considering the fact that petrol keeps on increasing while they give riders free rides and exploit drivers, drivers they buy data, petrol, food, a weekly rental fee of R2500 etc.
