Bolt Encouraging drivers to *****

Hi Bolt I left my phone in one of your calls, its been 2 days already the consultant is taking for forever to respond and they are refusing to give me the driver's detail even his numbers to contact him, it seems like Bolt is encouraging their drivers to ***** from their clients, I do have a name of the driver and I am thinking of opening a case because it seems like Bolt is not willing to help.
