Bolt

Today, I requested a ride which was initially accepted by a driver named Lindokuhle, driving a Toyota Etios (LG96FD GP). An amount of R123 was deducted from my account at the time of the booking. However, the driver later changed on the Bolt app to Lucky Masango, who was driving a Suzuki. Unfortunately, the vehicle registration number is no longer visible as the trip has already been completed.

I had booked the ride for my mother and children, and they paid Lucky R111 in cash. Therefore, I am unsure why the amount of R123 was still debited from my account.
