Bolt e-hauling South Africa

Good Morning I use Bolt e-hauling when I am in JHB from KZN which is once a week for around three days I was in a Bolt on the 27th day of September 2024 when once aging the driver did not have change R 100 rand was given to him at the Spar and asked to wait till my return and he left the trip was R 24 rand, I got another bolt trip which I had the change after colleting a take away at the Spar when the driver dropped me off I opened the door with food in my hands got out he drove way with my mobile phone and wallet. I have reported it to bolt and I have had no feedback SAPS I have been in contact with them too now if you have ever tried to call bolt you will understand my frustration I recommend that we as South Africans boycott bolt e-hauling like they have the right to strike for days on end. It is not safe the vehicles are in bad condition vehicles are dirty the drivers take longer routes to charge you more and to top it off they never have change and you are always there first trip, over and above they want to give you there personal numbers so they collect and deliver you on a private cash bases, Welcome to SA this dose not happen anywhere else in the World SO SA WHO IS THE CEO OR MD OF this **** show if anyone can help please let me know via email ***
