bolt durban bad service

booked a ride late saturday afternoon bolt taxis in durban South Africa mistakenly left my phone however it was quiet visible to the driver but as driver leaves i tried to trace my phone to only find he has switch it off please becarefull bolt drivers are non trustable and even thou they have sent me a reciept with drivers name they are unable to trace the reciept
