Bolt driving registration..a BIG ****

Bolt is a ****...I app**** to be a driver...they took all my documents..made me do fingerprints and double disk and then turned around to say I have an existing account that was blocked due to *****ulent activities...I have never before registered to be a driver and yet I have a blocked profile..and tell me why they didn't tell me before requesting the rest of my documents.I had fingerprints done and double disk done for them to tell me I'm blocked...someone please help me..where can I report this before they commit ***** with my name?
