Bolt drivers will not pitch expecting you to cancel and get charged.

I requested bolt several time and they will not pitch so that i cancel the ride and get charged cancellation fee. When you write to Bolt they don't respond. I requested an bolt from 13:03 and decided i will not cancel it. he went around and i have taken screenshots, unfortunately i couldn't attach. he then decided to cancel the ride at 13:42.
