BOLT DRIVERS *****ING MONEY FROM MY CARD

Bolt drivers *****ing my money from card by not ending trips when I get off when they see that I am in a hurry or a bit more occupied!! Happened for the second time today! Requested from home to Park station to drop my daughter and cause the driver had delays and other complications I didn't even check my phone to see what is happening on my bolt. Only to discover that the driver only ended my trip when he saw fit for himself only at 18h50 where is he dropped before 17h40... a trip that was supposed to have ended at R77 ended at R196. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! Left stranded at park station with no cash to request home and no one at Bolt to assist and driver obviously ignoring my calls!... mind u I use bolt everyday and have more than a 1k rides.. yhoo
