Bolt drivers rob you when you request and change destinations

Watch out for a driver named Bandile driving a Grey Hyundai grand i10 with a plate kf81lb GPS as he didn't come to my location as he was about 10km away he then says he has arrived and changes my destination to some place and I get charged a lot, I don't believe Bolt allows its drivers to rob us like this . Who gave them control of where we want to go its obsurd.
