Bolt Drivers NOT trustworthy

Good morning,

I use Bolt yesterday morning around past six in the morning, from Shell garage on the N2 (Sir Lowry’s Pass) - I get off from a Intercape bus. I forgot my handbag with all my important documents inside (ID, PASSPORT, 2 X CELLPHONES and some documents) on the Bolt car seats when I get off. Just 5minutes the car left I then called both my cell phones and they are on loudspeaker, they just rang.

The driver had 2 destinations, myself and another customer, I was the only one who sat at the back seat behind the other customer who were sitting at the front with the driver, there were no music in the car but none of them hear the cell phones ringing. I tried several times calling my cell phones and they were just ringing. I tried to call my cell phones whole day yesterday, they were still one whole day.

Today, I tried them just now again and both of them are off. I am not sure who, how can be able to assist me in this matter. It’s totally a frustration
