Bolt driver's manipulating the bolt app

I realized that bolt has cruel selfish driver's who corn people and know how to manipulate the app. On the 1st of April I used bolt from Clearwater Mall to Orlando West which on the app it showed me R98 but the driver managed to manipulate it and when I got off it didn't report immediately after 10 minutes it gave us a different drop off and pick up point when I asked him we argued and I paid him.
