Bolt drivers Klerksdorp Roques

I created an profile account with bolt South Africa. They awarded me 50% discount valid for 3 rides. When I requested arise 3 drivers cancelled my request. The 3rd driver By the name of Bonolo informed me that I must find another ride because he does not accept promo rides and only accept full fair rides. After that Bolt had the audacity to keep the fee for the ride plus penalised me another R19 for cancellation fee. I did not cancell the ride the driver did.

So why would Bolt offer you 50% discount, but their drivers have the right to refuse. Then they still deduct funds from your account. I advise people to stay away from Bolt South Africa.
