Bolt Drivers in little yellow cars helpful or a menace?

My Wife was returning home when a bolt driver jumped a red robot Infront of her nearly causing an accident, she hooted he proceeded to show the middle finger, she then took a photo of his car while stuck in a stationary position and he stuck his phone out of his window to take a picture of her nearly causing an accident again. so far this week this is the 5th incident involving these little bolt cars nearly causing an accident that we have either witnessed or been involved in. I tried finding a direct avenue to bolt but short of registering as a customer I cannot complain to them
